In accordance with Article 6  paragraph 3 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services (NN 130/17) we would like to inform our customers that a complaint on the quality of our services may be submitted in writing to the company office via postal address or by e-mail:

Odgovor na Vaš prigovor dati ćemo u pisanom obliku najkasnije 15 dana od dana primitka Vašeg prigovora. Molimo Vas da u Vašem prigovoru obavezno navedete Vaše ime i prezime te adresu ili e-mail za dostavu odgovora.
